Remodeling a Shared Bath
While the layout for this bath stayed essentially the same, this Meridian-Kessler bathroom was completely gutted to the studs during the renovation. Like most 80+ year old homes, the original bath was badly in need of an update. The finishes were looking a bit worn, certainly–but the mechanical systems were also at the end of their useful life. As such, the plumbing and electrical systems were completely updated during the project as well.
