The home, built in the late 80s, needed a major update to the major common spaces. We had previously renovated our client’s kitchen, also designed by MWHarris.

- Enlarged doorway between grand hall and living room
- Wrapped new doorway, and grand hall doorways with white oak panels
- Renovated two-sided fireplace with Onyx slabs on the living room side, and back steel on the other
- Replaced and reconfigured door/window wall of living room
- Added gallery lighting to entryway and cable suspended monorail lighting to grand hall
- Repaired and refinished hardwood flooring from reconfigured openings
- Enlarged library/music room window
- Fabricated new custom desk and bookcase cabinetry from quarter-sawn white oak in library/music room
- Enlarged crown moulding in coffered ceiling of library/music room
- Updated entry half bath with new onyx vanity
- Added new ceiling chandelier to living room and new spotlight for artwork over fireplace
