IN MEMORIAM

Many of you who are our past clients will I'm sure remember Bill Moore--a fine craftsman and an all around great guy. I met Bill while working on a large project for which he was the superintendent. Those who knew him can attest he had an infectious positive attitude and a love of building things and building them well. I hired him shortly thereafter but came to know him not only as an employee, but also a friend.

Early in February of 2005, Bill was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer. A thoughtful, giving person to the end--he cared mostly for the impact his illness and death would have on his friends, family--and especially his wife, Priscilla, whom he'd married only a year before. After a short and painful battle with his illness, Bill died at home on March 24, 2005 surrounded by those who loved him. We all miss him deeply.

A true craftsman, who cares for his work and for the honor of his name, leaves a bit of himself behind with every project he finishes. For Bill, this was especially so. During his life as a builder, he left his indelible mark everywhere he went--from Florida to California and points in between. I am glad to have known him.

"Good men may die, but death cannot kill their names."
--a Proverb

Thanks for everything Bill,

Chris

William E. Moore, 1951-2005
