When our clients first moved into this home, after moving to Indianapolis from St Louis, it was no doubt one of the worst looking homes in the neighborhood. Over the course of 5 years we have completely transformed it into one of the best.

A Whole Lotta Love
The original exterior consisted of off-white brick and painted cedar siding. The wood trim and siding had not been maintained well, and the colors were boring to say the least. Fortunately, the “bones” of the house were sound and, with the help of our design partner Matt Harris, we’ve given the home a complete “facelift”.
Our work on the outside has included:
- A new cedar pergola
- Replacing the two bay windows with a wide, copper roofed bump-out
- New French doors at the bump-out
- New casement windows
- A new round window from a 3rd floor loft in the main gable
- A new dimensional asphalt shingle roof
